Download Help

  • To download the film, please place your mouse cursor over the text on the 'Download the Film' page that says:


    • Download .MOV file now >>>

  • With your mouse cursor over that text, please click once on your RIGHT mouse key:


  • A small pop-up window will appear with a list of options.


  • Please choose the option that says: 'Save Target As...'


  • You will be asked to choose a place to save the file. The file is called:


    • People-With-Learning-Difficulties.mov

  • Please choose something easy to find like your 'My Documents' folder.


  • The film is a large file and you will need to be patient while it saves to your computer.


  • Once it has finished saving, you can go to the folder where you have saved the film and double click on the file name.


  • You may be asked if you want to buy 'QuickTime Pro', if you do not want to buy it and would rather use the FREE version, you can choose 'Later' when prompted to buy the software.


  • When the 'QuickTime' screen comes up, you may click on the play button that looks like a large ARROW in a circle in the button panel below the movie screen. Once playing, the large ARROW will change to a PAUSE button that looks like two upright lines. You can click on this to pause the film at anytime.




  • When you have finished watching the film, you can close 'QuickTime' by clicking on the small X in the top right hand corner.

  • This film is provided in .MOV format.


  • This film is suitable for viewing in 'QuickTime'.


  • 'QuickTime'is a software that plays movie files on your computer.


  • If you do not have 'QuickTime', you will need to download it from the Apple website.


  • You can download 'QuickTime' FREE of charge.


  • Please look for this button on the 'QuickTime' page:




  • After you click on the download button. You will see a screen that looks something like this:




  • Please choose the 'Save' option to save to your computer. Make a note of where you have saved the file.


  • After you download 'QuickTime', you must install it on your computer.


  • Look in the folder where you saved the file, and double click on the file called "iTunesSetup.exe"


  • You might see a window that looks something like this:




  • Please choose 'run'.


  • Follow the on-screen instructions to run ''QuickTime.


  • You can now use 'QuickTime' to play the film.
